Qualifications

• Experience in planning activities and managing routine in child care settings.
• Knowledge of health and safety rules for child care programs.
• Ability to obtain required licenses/certifications within stated timelines.

Responsibilities

• Establish rapport with students, staff and community.
• Oversee on-site operations including activity planning and supervision of staff and children.
• Maintain compliance with health services rules and regulations.
• Order supplies and manage site equipment inventory.
• Ensure behavior aligns with district policies.
• Attend to record-keeping and training requirements.

Skills

First aid and CPR certification

Education

High school diploma with 24 months childcare exp

NAC, CDA, CPC or CPC credential

Associate degree in early childhood or related field
