Qualifications

• Must meet staff qualifications to be a Facility Director under ARS R9-5-401.
• Applicants must be at least 21 years of age with qualifying child care experience or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain rapport with students, employees and community.
• Oversee on-site operations including activity planning, staff and student supervision, and compliance with health department rules.
• Keep the Child Care Coordinator informed of staff and student activities.
• Order supplies and maintain site inventory.
• Maintain behavior standards in line with district policies.
• Collaborate with host school staff.
• Assist with site record keeping.
• Complete 18 training hours annually as required.
• Cover Early Bird and Pre-K/Preschool and camps as needed.
• Perform other duties of a similar nature.
