Cinemark USA, Inc. is hiring a Server - Beer and Wine to guide Guests in ordering food and beverages, provide menu knowledge, and deliver fast counter service.

You will act as a vital link between guests and the kitchen, with opportunities to cross-train as needed to support theater operations. Requires age verification for alcohol, basic food handling training, and Safe Alcohol Service certification where applicable.

Qualifications

• Proof of age for alcohol service (18–21 depending on state).
• Basic food handling training and any local health/safety certs required.
• Safe Alcohol Service training completed.
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Regular attendance is essential.
• Energetic and friendly attitude during each shift.
• Excellent guest service skills.
• Accurate cash handling and basic math skills.
• Able to communicate clearly in English (verbal and written).
• Able to work in a team and also independently.
• Receives and follows directions with urgency.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests in a timely, friendly manner.
• Know bar and menu items to upsell and enhance guest experience.
• Record food and beverage orders accurately at the counter.
• Handle transactions accurately on the assigned register and balance cash.
• Verify guest age for alcohol and ensure consumption in designated areas.
• Utilize suggestive selling techniques to increase sales.
• Coordinate with kitchen to ensure accurate food orders.
• Maintain cleanliness of high-contact areas and equipment.
• Follow PPE guidelines and adapt to cleaning tasks as needed.
• Monitor safety and security and report concerns to management.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
