Qualifications

• Proof of age for serving alcohol (18+ or 21+ per state).
• Completes basic food handling training and any required local certifications.
• Safe Alcohol Service training completed.
• Availability for evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Regular and consistent attendance.
• Energetic, friendly attitude and excellent guest service.
• Accurate cash handling and basic math.
• Strong verbal and written communication with all ages.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests and provide quick, professional counter service.
• Know bar and menu items to suggest and upsell.
• Record orders accurately and process transactions on the register.
• Verify age for alcohol and ensure drinks are consumed in designated areas.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure order accuracy.
• Maintain cleanliness of high-contact areas and follow safety protocols.
• Adhere to personal protective equipment requirements and cleaning tasks.
• Adapt to staffing needs and cross-train as needed.
