Job summary

Cinemark USA, Inc. is seeking a Server - Beer and Wine to guide Guests, take orders, and deliver fast, accurate service at the concession counter and bar. You will showcase product knowledge, assist with menu recommendations, and ensure a safe, friendly guest experience in a busy theater environment.

This role requires age verification, basic food handling training, and availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays. Prior customer service and cash handling experience strongly preferred.

Qualifications

• Proof of age and eligibility to work (e.g., 18+ or 21+ where required).
• Basic food handling training and any local or state certifications.
• Safe Alcohol Service training completed or required.
• Availability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Regular and consistent attendance and reliability.
• Energetic, friendly attitude and excellent guest service.
• Accurate cash handling and basic math skills.
• Clear verbal and written communication; ability to work in a team.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests with a smile in a timely and professional manner.
• Know bar and menu items to enhance the Guest experience and make recommendations.
• Record food and beverage orders accurately and promptly.
• Handle transactions on the register with proper cash balance and ticketing.
• Verify IDs to ensure 21+ for alcohol; maintain designated areas for alcohol service.
• Collaborate with kitchen and service staff to ensure accuracy of orders.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitize high-contact areas; follow PPE guidelines.
• Other duties as assigned in a fast-paced theater environment.
