Job summary

Cinemark USA, Inc. is seeking a Server - Beer and Wine to guide Guests in ordering food and beverages, greet guests, and provide a memorable movie-going experience. You’ll know the menu, upsell responsibly, and ensure quick, accurate service.

Responsibilities include taking orders, processing transactions, verifying IDs, maintaining cleanliness, and collaborating with the kitchen. This role requires flexibility with hours and a customer-first attitude.

Qualifications

• Proof of age; serving staff may require 18+ (21 in some states).
• Food handling training and any required local/state certification or health card.
• Complete Safe Alcohol Service training.
• Availability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Regular and consistent attendance.
• Energetic and friendly attitude during each shift.
• Excellent Guest service.
• Accurate cash handling and basic math skills.
• Interpersonal skills; communicate in English.
• Ability to work in a team and independently.
• Ability to take and follow direction.
• Sense of urgency in duties.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests promptly and professionally.
• Know bar and menu items to enhance Guest experience.
• Record food and beverage orders accurately.
• Handle transactions on the assigned register with cash balance management.
• Verify IDs for alcohol service and ensure in-designated areas.
• Use suggestive selling techniques.
• Collaborate with kitchen to ensure accurate orders.
• Wipe down and sanitize high-contact areas.
• WearPersonal Protective Equipment as required.
• Adapt to cleaning tasks and staffing needs.
• Monitor safety issues and report to management.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
