Job summary

Cinemark is hiring a Server – Beer and Wine to guide guests in ordering food and beverages, with strong menu knowledge and engaging interactions. You may cross-train as a Restaurant Worker or Concessionist to meet staffing needs.

Responsibilities include accurate order entry, cash handling, age verification for alcohol, and maintaining high cleanliness in a fast-paced theater environment. Evening and weekend availability required.

Qualifications

• Must complete basic food handling training and obtain local/state certification.
• Experience in hospitality and guest service preferred.
• Ability to greet Guests, provide excellent service and upsell politely.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests with a smile in a timely and professional manner
• Know bar and menu items to enhance Guest experience
• Record food and beverage orders accurately at the counter
• Handle cash and use the register correctly with proper balancing
• Verify age for alcohol transactions and ensure consumption in designated areas
• Apply suggestive selling techniques to boost sales
• Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure accuracy of orders
• Maintain cleanliness of high-contact areas and follow safety protocols
• Follow directions and work well in a team or independently
