Responsibilities include verifying ages for alcohol, maintaining cleanliness, and collaborating with the kitchen team to ensure order accuracy. Weekly availability, strong guest service, and basic math skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Must be able to converse in English and provide friendly guest interactions.
• Accurate cash handling and basic math skills required.
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced, high-traffic environment.
• Requires availability for evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests with a smile and assist with orders in a timely manner.
• Know bar and menu items to make confident recommendations.
• Record food and beverage orders accurately at the register.
• Handle transactions, balance cash, and issue tickets or receipts.
• Verify guests' ages to confirm 21+ for alcohol service.
• Maintain designated areas and ensure alcohol is consumed in approved spaces.
• Utilize suggestive selling techniques to maximize guest satisfaction.
• Coordinate with kitchen staff to verify order accuracy.
• Keep high-contact areas clean and sanitized throughout the shift.
• Follow PPE guidelines and adapt to cleaning schedules.
