• Handle cash transactions accurately and balance cash at end of shift.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests with a smile in a timely and professional manner
• Possess full knowledge of bar and menu items to enhance the Guest experience
• Accurately records food and beverage orders from Guests in a timely manner
• Responsible for all transactions at assigned register with proper cash balance
• Verifies identification for alcohol transactions
• Ensures alcohol is consumed in designated areas only
• Use suggestive selling techniques
• Collaborate with kitchen team to ensure accurate food orders
• Maintain high standards of sanitation in all areas
• Utilize PPE as required and adhere to safety protocols
• Adapt to changing cleaning tasks and staffing needs
• Monitor safety and report issues to management
• Perform other duties as assigned
