The role involves cross-training as needed, handling in-seat and counter service, and ensuring proper alcohol service while collaborating with the kitchen team to ensure accuracy and guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests with a smile in a timely and professional manner.
• Possess full knowledge of bar and menu items to enhance the Guest experience.
• Accurately records food and beverage orders from Guests in a timely manner.
• Responsible for all transactions done on assigned register with proper cash handling.
• Verifies identification for alcohol service.
• Ensure alcohol is consumed in designated areas only.
• Collaborate with kitchen team to ensure accurate orders.
• Maintain cleanliness of high-contact areas and follow PPE guidelines.
• Adapt to cleaning tasks and safety requirements.
• Report safety concerns to management.
