Superior Beverage Group, a family-owned company since 1922, is seeking an Account Manager to drive sales and service retail accounts across assigned territories in the Cleveland area. As a key team member, you will follow the company’s sales processes, build relationships with store managers, ensure program execution and planogram compliance, manage inventory, and help create compelling product displays.

Qualifications

• Previous sales experience required; beverage industry a plus.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance.
• Ability to work in various weather conditions as needed.
• Strong interpersonal and time-management skills.
• Knowledge of beverage merchandising standards is a plus.
• Ability to maneuver heavy products (e.g., 168-pound kegs) regularly.

Responsibilities

• Follow established sales processes and retail execution standards.
• Establish and grow productive, professional relationships with store level managers.
• Ensure planogram integrity and retail program execution.
• Review orders, adjust as necessary, and maintain inventory levels.
• Set up displays and refresh POS materials.
• Collaborate with delivery and merchandising support.
• Maintain compliance with laws and company policies.
• Work safely and meet daily goals.
