Job summary

Enthuse Marketing seeks an On/Off Premise Beer Sales Representative for the Philadelphia, PA territory. You will work with distributor partners to drive distribution, brand presence, and volume growth across on-premise and select off-premise accounts.

Responsibilities include pursuing distribution opportunities, training accounts on products, maintaining shelf standards, building displays, and executing promotions while tracking progress and ensuring regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of demonstrated sales experience, preferably beers, wines & spirits
• 21 years or older required
• Associates/Bachelor’s Degree preferred

Responsibilities

• Pursue new opportunities for distribution and drive local market growth
• Collaborate with distributor manager and partners to meet goals and ensure product inventory
• Provide account training on brand/product ingredients, brewing process, history and trends
• Maintain shelf standards, rotation, date codes, restocks and reorders per planogram
• Build brand displays and execute POS programs
• Assist in promotions and educational presentations at accounts
• Use online databases to track territory progress and communicate with HQ
• Manage budget and monthly reconciliation and ensure compliance with alcohol regulations
