Job summary

Enthuse Marketing seeks an On/Off Premise Beer Sales Representative to cover the Chicago, IL territory. You will work with distributors to grow volume, ensure distribution of the supplier’s portfolio, and position brands across on- and off-premise accounts.

You will train accounts on product knowledge, manage inventory and displays, and execute promotions while maintaining compliance with alcohol regulations. Must live in the territory and have reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• Associates Degree and/or Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• 1-3 years demonstrated sales experience, preferably beers, wines and spirits.
• Must be 21 years or older; must have reliable transportation and valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Pursue new opportunities for distribution and upsell in the local market.
• Collaborate with distributor manager to ensure product inventory and minimize OOS issues.
• Provide training to accounts on brand/products including ingredients, brewing process, and trends.
• Maintain shelf standards and inventory, including rotation and restocks per planogram.
• Sell-in and build brand displays per off-premise standards.
• Execute POS programs and support promotions and educational presentations.
• Utilize online databases to track territory progress and maintain HQ communications.
