Enthuse Marketing in Baltimore, MD is seeking an On/Off Premise Beer Sales Representative to drive distribution, brand presence, and volume growth across on- and off-premise accounts.

The role partners with distributors, trains accounts on products, maintains shelf standards, executes promotions, and manages territory with a focus on compliance and customer service. Requires 2-4 years beer/spirits sales, Associates degree, and valid driver’s license; travel and weekends may be required.

Qualifications

• Associates Degree required; Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• 2-4 years demonstrated sales experience, preferably in beer, wine, or spirits.
• Must live in assigned territory with access to reliable transportation.
• Must have valid driver's license, registered and insured vehicle with clean driving record.
• Must be willing to travel within assigned sales region.

Responsibilities

• Pursue new opportunities for distribution and upsell across accounts.
• Collaborate with distributor partners to meet goals and manage inventory.
• Provide training to accounts on brand/product(s) including ingredients and pairings.
• Maintain shelf standards, rotate stock, and process restocks per planogram.
• Sell-in and build brand displays according to off-premise standards.
• Execute POS programs and support promotions and educational presentations.
