Job summary

Enthuse Marketing in Chicago, IL is seeking an On/Off Premise Beer Sales Representative to grow our supplier portfolio across on-premise and select off-premise accounts. The role requires 1–3 years of beer, wine, and spirits sales experience and a valid driver’s license.

Base compensation ranges from $45,000 to $70,000 per year, with bonus eligibility and full benefits. You will train accounts, coordinate with distributors, manage shelves and promotions, and track territory progress while

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of beer, wine, and spirits sales experience.
• Associates or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Must live in assigned Chicago territory and have reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Develop distribution and upsell across the territory with SKU expansion.
• Collaborate with distributor manager to achieve goals and ensure product availability.
• Train accounts on brand, ingredients, pairings, brewing basics, and trends.
• Maintain shelf standards and inventory, rotate products, and process restocks.
• Sell-in and build displays per off-premise standards.
• Execute POS programs and promotions.
• Track territory progress using company systems and maintain HQ communications.
• Manage budget and monthly reconciliation and ensure regulatory compliance.
