Wingstop is seeking a Workforce Planning Manager to lead the contingent labor function and Beeline administration. You will design processes for contractor management, spend tracking, headcount planning, and implement them in Beeline, partnering with TA, Finance, Legal, Procurement, IT and restaurant leadership.

• 5+ years of experience in workforce planning, contingent workforce management, talent operations, staffing programs, or related function.
• Hands-on experience with Beeline or similar vendor management system preferred.
• Build processes, reporting, and operating routines in evolving environments.
• Manage staffing vendors, agency partners, service expectations, and performance follow-up.
• Analyze workforce data, contractor activity, headcount trends, and staffing needs to support decisions.
• Operate independently, manage competing priorities, and make sound decisions with limited direction.
• Partner across Talent Acquisition, HR, Finance, Legal, Procurement, IT, vendors, and business leaders.
• Communicate clearly and create structure in new or undefined areas.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent related experience.

Responsabilidades

• Own and administer the Beeline VMS platform, including requisition workflow, onboarding, contractor management, vendor coordination, reporting, and system optimization.
• Manage the full contractor and contingent workforce lifecycle from request intake through onboarding, extensions, offboarding, and vendor follow-up.
• Build and maintain staffing vendor relationships, including agency partnerships and performance tracking.
• Lead high-volume and seasonal staffing programs and restaurant staffing support.
• Coordinate General Manager recruiting activity with HRBP and Talent Acquisition leadership.
• Develop workforce planning reporting and dashboards showing spend, headcount, vendor usage, trends, and needs.
• Create scalable processes, standards, documentation, and governance for contingent labor and staffing programs.
