Job summary

Zoetis Spain SL is seeking a Territory Manager to lead the Beef business in Northwest Iowa. You will manage zoetis cattle products with distributors, veterinarians, dealers, and producers across a broad geography, using data to plan and execute regional business plans.

The role requires travel and weekend availability as needed. Successful candidates will have a BS/BA in a related field, potential advanced degree in animal science, and cattle industry experience.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree (BS/BA) and/or equivalent experience
• Master's in animal science or equivalent degree is a plus
• Travel overnight approx. 25% of the time, including some weekends
• Cattle/beef industry experience preferred for senior roles

Responsibilities

• Call on Stocker/Backgrounders, Cow/Calf producers, Veterinarians, Dealers, and Distributor Representatives and differentiate Zoetis products from competitors
• Conduct educational training and sales presentations at accounts and producer seminars
• Build relationships with veterinarians, distributors, extension, and university personnel
• Manage a broad geographic area to achieve sales targets, market share and business objectives
• Develop trust with customers through reliability, credibility and follow-up
• Conduct territory planning and prioritization through data analysis and resource use
• Maintain deep knowledge of beef industry, Zoetis portfolio, and local customer base; apply business acumen
• Collaborate with team effectively and perform other duties as assigned
