Job summary

Elanco is seeking an Experior Data Specialist to support enrollment of new prospects and manage data within CRM systems across the field organization.

The role emphasizes cross-functional teamwork with sales, channel partners, and Knowledge Solutions to enroll data sharing, train customers, and advance product opportunities while maintaining a strong understanding of the Elanco Beef portfolio.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Animal Science, Agricultural Economics, Agribusiness, Business, or related.
• Experience: cattle-feeding background and data capture for cattle performance.
• CRM: experience documenting call notes, organizing pre-call plans, and updating customer information.
• Communication: excellent cross-functional communication with external and internal stakeholders.
• Proficiency: MS Office, especially Excel; willing to learn feed software.

Responsibilities

• Enroll new prospects via CRM and electronic documentation to sign agreements and releases.
• Enter call notes, contacts, and update account information in CRM; collaborate across the organization.
• Coordinate with sales and channel teams to organize producer meetings and identify new targets.
• Facilitate data sharing enrollment and serve as SME in the data collected.
• Train customers on data submission practices and follow up regularly.
• Work with Elanco sales and Knowledge Solutions on data submission for new prospects and existing customers.
• Plan and schedule customer appointments and travel for product advancement.
• Maintain knowledge of the Elanco Beef portfolio to support discussions.
