Amazon Web Services, Inc. is seeking an AI Transformation Specialist to lead enterprise adoption of Amazon Bedrock across AWS customers. This senior role blends strategic vision with deep technical expertise to move Bedrock from pilot to production and deliver tangible business value.

You will work alongside AWS partners and customer teams to diagnose adoption barriers, build a robust business case, and align engineering with business goals for scalable, measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

AWS certification such as AWS Solutions Architect (or equivalent) is preferred.
10+ years in senior technical customer-facing roles delivering enterprise outcomes.
Hands-on experience with large language model deployment and GenAI operationalization.

Responsibilities

Lead discovery and adoption assessments to move Bedrock from pilot to production at scale.
Own the ROI narrative for Bedrock adoption with finance and engineering leaders.
Translate technical decisions into business value for VP/C-suite audiences.
Develop reusable artifacts, templates, and playbooks from customer engagements.
Collaborate with partners to diagnose blockers and drive production rollouts.
