Job summary

Amazon Web Services (AWS) is seeking an AI Transformation Specialist to lead enterprise adoption of Amazon Bedrock across customers. This senior IC role within the ASP CS COE blends strategic vision with technical depth to move Bedrock from pilot to production and unlock measurable business value.

You will diagnose adoption barriers with customers and partners, build a defensible ROI for token spend, and align engineering and business stakeholders around a shared path to value.

Qualifications

• AWS certification or similar cloud certs.
• 10+ years in senior technical customer-facing roles with enterprise outcomes.
• Hands-on experience with large language model deployment and operationalization.
• Experience building reusable technical assets and reference architectures.
• Understanding enterprise integration patterns and cost-management tooling.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery and adoption assessments with enterprise customers to identify Bedrock transition patterns and milestones.
• Own the value narrative for Bedrock adoption and defend token spend ROI.
• Demonstrate sufficient technical depth to work with customer engineering teams on architectures and guardrails.
• Coordinate cross-functional alignment to clear enterprise blockers and maintain adoption timelines.
• Establish adoption health baselines and track KPI progress tied to customer success criteria.
