Redapt, Inc. is seeking a Senior AI Implementation Engineer to join the Cloud Solutions team in Seattle, WA. You will design, build, and deploy generative AI applications on AWS Bedrock, integrating with enterprise APIs and data sources to deliver measurable value.

You will own end-to-end delivery from discovery to production, including prompts, data pipelines, safeguards, and testing. This role emphasizes hands-on software engineering, security, and scalable design.

Qualificações

• BS or MS in Computer Science or related field; equivalent experience considered.
• 5+ years of experience in software engineering, cloud application development, data engineering, or related roles, with hands-on responsibility for production systems.
• Demonstrated experience delivering generative AI applications from prototype to production, including hands-on implementation using Amazon Bedrock and AWS.

Responsabilidades

• Design, develop, test, and deploy AI applications using Amazon Bedrock foundation models and AWS services.
• Build retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) solutions using Bedrock Knowledge Bases or custom pipelines, including ingestion, chunking, embeddings, vector search, and source citations.
• Implement AI agents and tool integrations with explicit permissions, validation, and human approval where needed.
• Develop prompts and structured extraction workflows for document understanding, classification, summarization, and business process automation.
• Build Python services and APIs that integrate AI capabilities with customer applications and data sources.
• Create representative evaluation datasets and automated tests to measure accuracy, grounding, and extraction quality; validate changes before release.
• Implement layered AI safeguards using Bedrock Guardrails, IAM, encryption, and data access controls.
• Automate infrastructure and application delivery using IaC, Git, CI/CD, versioned prompts and configurations.
• Monitor and troubleshoot production AI workloads; optimize model selection, token usage, latency, reliability, and cost with fallbacks.
• Translate customer requirements into designs and implementation plans; deliver demos, document decisions, and support handoff.
