Job summary

Amazon Web Services (AWS) seeks an AI Transformation Specialist to drive enterprise Bedrock adoption across customers. You will blend executive strategy with hands-on technical leadership, quantifying business value and guiding production deployments.

You will partner with customers and AWS teams to define use cases, build ROI models, and deliver scalable patterns and tooling for successful Bedrock adoption at scale.

Qualifications

• AWS certification (e.g., AWS Solutions Architect) or similar cloud cert required.
• 10+ years in senior technical, customer-facing roles with enterprise outcomes.
• Hands-on experience deploying and operating large language models (LLMs).
• Experience with prompt engineering, RAG, fine-tuning, and guardrails.
• Ability to build reusable technical assets and reference architectures.
• Strong grasp of API gateways, IAM, data pipelines, and security controls.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic transformation to drive Bedrock adoption at scale with customer execs.
• Create reusable artifacts and tooling to accelerate adoption and removal of blockers.
• Collaborate with AWS partners to enable joint delivery and field impact.
• Shift CS motion to proactive value realization with business KPIs.
