Qualifications

• 10+ years in senior technical customer-facing roles with enterprise outcomes.
• Deep hands-on experience with LLM deployment and operationalization.
• Experience building reusable technical assets and reference architectures.
• Strong understanding of API gateways, IAM, data pipelines and security controls.
• Experience partnering with GSIs/SIs on joint customer engagements.
• Ability to translate architecture decisions into business value for exec audiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery and adoption assessments to map Bedrock to production at scale.
• Own the value narrative and defend ROI for token spend.
• Demonstrate credibility with customer engineering teams on Bedrock deployment.
• Align cross-functional teams to clear enterprise blockers.
• Establish adoption health baselines and track business-value KPIs.
• Convert engagements into reusable artifacts and playbooks.
• Develop tools to diagnose adoption maturity and blockers.
• Maintain a living catalog of blocker patterns indexed by industry.
• Provide input to CS COE on tooling requirements and signals.
• Partner with AWS partners to transfer knowledge on production workloads.
• Contribute to partner toolkits and certification content.
• Build hands-on labs for partner enablement.
• Proactively identify unrealized value and document two-page business case.
• Define adoption health metrics beyond tech KPIs.
• Conduct executive business reviews linking metrics to outcomes.
