Job summary

Amazon Web Services is seeking a senior AI Transformation Specialist to drive enterprise adoption of Bedrock across customers. The role blends strategic vision, deep technical acumen, and practical credibility to move Bedrock from pilot to production and deliver measurable business value.

You will define adoption criteria, build accountable business cases with finance and engineering leaders, and partner with AWS sales and partners to scale governance, cost models, and reference architectures.

Qualifications

• AWS certification or equivalent cloud certification.
• 10+ years in senior technical, customer-facing roles focused on enterprise outcomes.
• Hands-on experience with large language model deployment and GenAI systems.
• Built reusable technical assets, reference architectures, and cost models.
• Strong enterprise integration knowledge across API gateways, IAM, data pipelines, and security.
• Experience collaborating with partners (GSIs, SIs, or consultancies) on joint engagements.
• Ability to translate technical decisions into business value for executives.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic transformation to move Bedrock from pilot to production at scale.
• Define adoption metrics and align stakeholders around a path to value.
• Diagnose blockers, build business cases, and run value-focused executive reviews.
• Create reusable artifacts and tools for partners and field teams.
• Work with partners to enable scalable delivery and knowledge transfer.
