Job summary

Piedmont Atlanta Hospital is seeking a Bed Control/Transfer Center Registered Nurse (BCTC RN) to coordinate bed assignments and manage transfers. The role requires evaluating and documenting patient transfers, while collaborating with ED, inpatient units, and surgical areas to optimize patient flow and care delivery.

The BCTC RN must have a BSN and 3–5 years of RN experience in acute care, with EPIC EMR proficiency and leadership experience preferred.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and assign beds at Piedmont Atlanta Hospital.
• Evaluate, coordinate, and document patient transfers into PAH.
• Collaborate with ED, inpatient units, and other departments to optimize patient flow.
