Job summary

Piedmont Atlanta Hospital seeks a Bed Control/Transfer Center Registered Nurse (BCTC RN) to coordinate and assign all beds, evaluate transfers, and document patient movement. You will collaborate with ED, inpatient units, and elective services to optimize bed placement and patient flow.

The role requires a BSN, 3–5 years of acute care RN experience, GA licensure, and EPIC EMR proficiency. Leadership responsibilities are preferred, with strong problem solving and customer service skills.

Qualifications

• BSN required for RN licensure.
• 3–5 years RN experience in acute care required.
• GA RN licensure and BCLS certification required.
• EPIC EMR experience required; leadership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and assign beds for Piedmont Atlanta Hospital (PAH).
• Evaluate, coordinate, process, screen, and document patient transfers into PAH.
