Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in account management or client success.
• Proven ability to deliver commercial outcomes and upsell/cross-sell.
• Fluency in English and French required.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of Partner accounts and act as dedicated advisor.
• Educate and convert Partners to the company platform, driving adoption and monetisation.
• Proactively identify opportunities, upsell payments solutions, and optimise listings for conversions.
• Collaborate with Sales, Onboarding and Product teams to ensure smooth Partner journeys.
