Job summary

Fresha is seeking a Business Development Executive to join our global team. Reporting to the General Manager of Europe, you will focus on bringing in new business with SaaS-based beauty marketplace solutions and partner onboarding.

You will conduct outreach to decision-makers, present products, manage the sales cycle from prospecting to close, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless partner experience. Fluency in English and another language is a plus.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of solid B2B sales with a track record.
• Experience in SaaS, online marketplaces, or payment platforms is desirable.
• Strong hunter mentality and ability to build relationships.
• Organised and able to multitask and manage time.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales targets consistently.
• Outreach to decision-makers via phone, email, and social touches.
• Present, promote and demo products to partners.
• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to close.
• Collaborate with other departments for a seamless partner experience.
• Provide market trend feedback.
• Follow up with 100% of qualified inbound leads.
• Serve as primary contact for partners on commercial activities.
