Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC in Paris is seeking an Associate Account Manager to foster partner relationships and monetise the platform. You will report to the Account Manager Team Lead and drive monetisation with Partners while guiding them through the payments solution adoption.

In a fast-paced environment, you will meet KPIs, educate Partners, and coordinate with Sales, Onboarding and Product teams to optimise content, listings, and conversions while delivering excellent partner

Qualifications

• 1–2 years in a commercial Account Management role with demonstrated outcomes.
• Proven ability to close deals, negotiate, and convert opportunities.
• Commercial motivation with a proactive, target-driven mindset.
• Experience using data to report and improve outcomes.
• Curiosity and a proactive approach to learning and improvement.
• Outbound calling experience or related sales experience is preferred.
• Excellent written, verbal and presentation communication skills.
• Creative thinking and problem-solving mindset.
• Strong hunter attitude and relationship-building capabilities.
• Willingness to collaborate and support the team when needed.
• Self-starter with initiative and ownership of responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Engage and educate Partners on the value of the platform to monetise.
• Proactively introduce, educate and convert Partners to the payments solution.
• Optimise marketplace listings to maximise conversions.
• Build and manage a pool of Partner accounts as advisor.
• Advise on product selections based on partner needs.
• Ensure strong Partner experience through regular video meetings and updates.
• Collaborate with Sales, Onboarding and Product teams for feedback and handovers.
• Persuade using consultative sales to upsell and cross-sell the platform.
• Contribute to ongoing activities and other responsibilities as needed.
