Qualifications

• Fluent in reading, writing and speaking English.
• Basic PC/tablet skills.
• Willingness to work flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Experience selling beauty or cosmetic products and meeting sales goals.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and offer assistance to drive sales and positive experience.
• Demonstrate products and provide skincare consultations and mini-makeovers.
• Lead in-store events to promote brand awareness and loyalty of beauty products.
• Maintain department standards, stock testers, and ensure hygiene compliance.
• Process sales at the register and participate in promotions and trainings.
