Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED and 1+ year in retail sales or beauty/cosmetics with customer care focus.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision and escalate when needed.
• Knowledge of beauty products and brands to meet customer needs.
• Experience building and maintaining team relationships.
• Basic PC/tablet skills.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers, offer assistance, resolve issues to ensure positive experience.
• Demonstrate products and provide consultations using tools like Skin Hydrometer/tablet.
• Lead in-store events to promote brands and loyalty programs.
• Build relationships and close customer interactions with authentic service.
• Support omni-channel engagement and locate products across stores.
