Walgreens is seeking a Beauty & Wellness Consultant to deliver exceptional customer care and expert beauty guidance. You will perform mini-makeovers, skincare consults, and product demonstrations using tools like a Skin Hydrometer and a tablet.

The role emphasizes personal connection, brand promotions, and flawless department standards. Responsibilities include achieving sales goals, stocking testers, participating in events, and maintaining store systems compliance.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED and at least one year in retail sales or beauty/cosmetics experience.
• Experience meeting sales goals with minimal supervision.
• Knowledge of beauty products and brands to meet customer needs.
• Experience building and maintaining team relationships.
• Basic PC/tablet skills.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Fluent in reading, writing and speaking English.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers, greet and assist, resolve issues for a positive experience.
• Proactively identify needs and suggest options to customers.
• Greet, listen, and refer to other areas as needed.
• Demonstrate products and consult using Skin Hydrometer and tablet.
• Lead in-store events to promote brands and loyalty.
• Build relationships and ensure genuine closure of interactions.
• Engage with omni-channel solutions to boost engagement.
• Locate products in other stores or online when unavailable.
