Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED and retail sales experience meeting sales goals or experience selling beauty products and providing customer care.
• Experience developing ways to accomplish goals with little supervision.
• Knowledge of products and brands to engage customers.

Responsibilities

• Engages customers by greeting them and offering assistance with products and services; resolves issues for a positive experience.
• Models and shares customer care best practices; asks questions to determine needs and informs customers of options.
