Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED required or equivalent.
• At least 1 year in retail sales or beauty/cosmetics with customer care focus.
• Knowledge of products/brands to meet customer needs.
• Ability to build relationships within a team.
• Basic PC/tablet skills.
• Willingness to work flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist with products and services to ensure a positive experience.
• Demonstrate products and provide skincare consultations and makeup advice.
• Lead in-store events to promote brands and products.
• Maintain department standards and assist with stock, displays, and cleanliness.
• Engage customers across omni-channel channels and locate products when needed.
• Process sales at the register and support promotions and training.
