Job summary

Walgreens is seeking a Beauty Consultant to enhance the in-store customer experience in our beauty department. You will provide friendly, expert advice on skincare and makeup, conduct mini-makeovers, and assist customers across brands to improve overall sales and satisfaction.

You will demonstrate products, manage stock, and participate in in-store events, ensuring a high standard of brand presentation and customer service through every interaction.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED and retail sales experience or beauty sales experience.
• Ability to work flexible schedule including evenings/weekends/holidays.
• Fluent in English (reading, writing, speaking).
• Basic PC/tablet skills.
• Able to engage customers and meet sales goals.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist with products and services.
• Demonstrate products and conduct skincare consultations or mini-makeovers.
• Lead in-store events to promote brands and loyalty programs.
• Achieve sales goals and upsell items to customers.
• Maintain department hygiene, stock and compliance with policies.
