Job summary

Walgreens is seeking a Beauty & Wellness Consultant to maximize sales and deliver exceptional customer care within the store's beauty department. You will provide personalized beauty advice, mini-makeovers, and skincare consultations while maintaining high standards across the department.

You will engage customers, demonstrate products, and participate in events to promote Owned Brands and total Beauty, Wellness, and Personal Care.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED with retail sales experience or beauty product sales experience.
Ability to work with minimal supervision and meet objectives.
Knowledge of beauty products and brands to engage customers.
Experience building relationships within a team.
Basic PC/tablet skills.
Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Fluency in reading, writing and speaking English.

Responsibilities

Engage customers by greeting and assisting with products and services to ensure a positive experience.
Demonstrate products and provide consultations using store tools such as testers and devices.
Lead in-store events to promote brand awareness and loyalty.
Support achieving sales goals through upselling and cross-selling.
Maintain department cleanliness and inventory, including testers and promotional items.
Ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
