Job summary

Walgreens is seeking a Beauty & Wellness Consultant to deliver exceptional customer care and expert advice on beauty and wellness products. You will conduct mini-makeovers, skincare consultations, and product demonstrations, enhancing the total look for customers and promoting brand loyalty across Owned Brands.

The role requires engaging customers, utilizing in-store tools, and supporting events and promotions. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays is expected.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent with retail sales or beauty/cosmetics experience.
• Experience meeting sales goals or proactively selling beauty products and providing customer care.
• Ability to work with little supervision and escalate when needed.
• Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.

Responsibilities

• Greets customers and assists with products, resolving issues for a positive experience.
• Demonstrates products and provides consultations using tools like Skin Hydrometer and tablet.
• Leads in-store events to promote brand awareness and loyalty of Owned Brands.
• Maintains department hygiene, stock, and displays; follows asset protection procedures.
