Job summary

Walgreens is seeking a Beauty and Wellness Consultant to deliver exceptional customer care and drive sales in a busy store. You will engage customers, offer product options, and provide skincare consultations and mini-makeovers as needed.

You will demonstrate products, support in-store events, and collaborate with leadership to maintain department standards and optimize the customer journey.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with 1 year retail sales or beauty experience.
• Ability to work with little supervision and meet sales goals.
• Knowledge of products/brands to engage customers.
• Fluency in English reading/writing/speaking.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers, assess needs, and guide product selection to ensure a positive experience.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and perform makeup demos or consultations.
• Assist with in-store events to promote brand awareness and loyalty.
• Maintain department standards, stock testers, and ensure hygiene compliance.
• Process sales at the register and support omni-channel engagement.
• Collaborate with store leadership to review goals and share product knowledge.
