Job summary

Walgreens is seeking a Beauty & Wellness Consultant to deliver exceptional customer care, offer mini-makeovers and skincare consultations, and promote Owned Brands across the beauty department. You will provide knowledgeable guidance that enhances the total look and contribute to a delightful in-store experience.

You will engage customers, model best practices, and support brand launches while maintaining department standards, stock, and compliance with store policies.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; retail sales experience with defined goals preferred.
• Experience in customer care and selling beauty/cosmetic products.
• Comfort with using store systems and handling cash register responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers, resolve issues, and ensure a positive experience.
• Demonstrate product knowledge with skincare tools and makeovers where appropriate.
• Lead in-store events, promote brand awareness and loyalty for Owned Brands and overall Beauty category.
• Maintain department standards, stock testers, and ensure hygiene compliance.
