Job summary

Walgreens is hiring a Beauty & Wellness Consultant to deliver exceptional customer care and drive brand awareness in our beauty department. You will assist customers, perform mini-makeovers, skincare consultations, and participate in in-store events to promote Owned Brands and total Beauty, Wellness and Personal Care.

We value experience in retail beauty, strong communication, and the ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required with 1+ year in retail sales or beauty/cosmetics sales.
• Ability to sell and provide customer care with little supervision.
• Fluent English reading/writing/speaking; willingness to work evenings, weekends, holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist with products and services to ensure a positive experience.
• Demonstrate products and provide consultations using tools like the Skin Hydrometer and tablet.
• Lead in-store events to promote brands and loyalty across Beauty, Wellness and Personal Care.
