Job summary

Walgreens is hiring a Beauty and Wellness Consultant to deliver exceptional customer care, skincare consultations, and mini-makeovers while upholding department standards.

You will engage customers, demonstrate products, and lead in-store events to promote Owned Brands and total Beauty, Wellness and Personal Care. The role requires flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED with 1+ year retail sales or beauty sales experience.
• Ability to work with little supervision to achieve objectives.
• Knowledge of products/brands to engage customers.
• Willingness to work flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, holidays.
• Must be fluent in reading, writing and speaking English.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers, greet, assist with products and services, and resolve issues.
• Model customer care best practices and identify customer needs.
• Greet and engage customers, upsell with related items.
• Provide product demos and consultations using tools in-store.
• Lead in-store events to promote brand awareness and loyalty.
• Maintain department standards, stock testers, and ensure hygiene.
• Use omni-channel solutions to enhance customer engagement.
