Target is seeking a Beauty Team Leader to drive guest-focused service and operational excellence across Beauty Studio and Core Beauty. You will coach hourly team members, monitor performance, and lead daily tasks to meet sales and service goals.

The role emphasizes developing team skills, maintaining product knowledge, and upholding safety and compliance standards while delivering a welcoming, inclusive shopping experience for customers.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Age 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to remain focused in a fast-paced environment.
• Retail experience preferred, but not required.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver guest experience commitments consistently.
• Ensure team training and adherence to Target standards.
• Observe, coach, and provide feedback to team members.
• Lead Beauty Team across Beauty Studio and Core Beauty areas.
• Maintain safety, compliance, and operational excellence.
