Job summary

Target's Beauty Team Leader in Milltown, NJ leads a team to deliver exceptional guest service across Beauty areas, balancing tasks with guest engagement and driving sales through merchandising and promotions.

You will coach hourly teammates, plan daily workloads, manage safety and standards, and partner with store leadership to maintain inventory accuracy and a welcoming guest experience for every guest who visits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 18 years of age or older.
• Previous retail experience preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver guest experience commitments and maintain an easy, inspiring, and friendly environment.
• Coach and develop hourly team members, including interviewing and onboarding.
• Plan daily/weekly workload to meet sales goals and manage merchandising and promotions.
• Lead safety and loss prevention, ensure store policies are followed.
• Foster inclusivity and seamless omni-area leadership across Beauty.
