Responsibilities

• Deliver guest experience commitments to create an Easy, Inspiring and Friendly guest experience.
• Train and develop team members to uphold Target’s service standards.
• Lead and coach hourly team members, including interviewing and performance feedback.
• Balance task execution with personalized guest engagement to drive sales and loyalty.
• Respond to guest needs and maintain accurate merchandising and pricing on the sales floor.
