You will lead the Beauty Team, maintain expert knowledge of top brands, execute visuals, and coach staff to meet Sephora at Kohl’s standards.

You will build client loyalty, upsell products, and stay current on beauty trends while ensuring outstanding service and flawless

Qualifications

• Authentic passion for beauty and knowledge of top beauty brands.
• 3 years of client-facing retail or service industry experience required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with ability to influence.
• Availability to work days, nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide guidance for the Beauty Team through partnership with the Store Manager.
• Coach and communicate initiatives between Store Manager and Beauty Advisors.
• Serve as point of contact for Store Manager, Sephora Training Team and partners.
• Identify client needs, build loyalty, and upsell products to drive sales.
• Demonstrate products and explain beauty trends to clients.
• Execute sales plans to meet targets and maintain Sephora visual standards.
• Maintain all Sephora visual merchandising and store hygiene standards.
• Ensure timely replenishment and inventory accuracy from receipt to sale.
