Job summary

Kohl's is seeking a Beauty Lead Advisor to drive sales through beauty expertise and consultative client engagement. You will guide the Beauty Team, maintain product knowledge, and uphold Sephora at Kohl’s standards to deliver an outstanding client experience.

You will coach staff, execute visual merchandising, and support replenishment to ensure high in-store performance and a cohesive shopping environment.

Qualifications

• Authentic passion for beauty.
• 3 years of client-facing retail or service industry experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Availability to work days, nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Guide the Beauty Team in partnership with the Store Manager and provide coaching.
• Communicate initiatives between Store Manager and Beauty Advisors and give feedback.
• Act as a point of contact for Store Manager, Sephora Training Team, and partners.
• Identify client needs and suggest products to drive sales and upsell when appropriate.
• Demonstrate products and beauty techniques to inspire clients and showcase trends.
• Execute sales plans and maintain Sephora at Kohl’s standards and visual merchandising.
• Ensure timely replenishment to enhance the customer experience and floor presence.
• Complete required training to expand product knowledge and skills.
• Support omni-processing within the department and inventory management from receipt to sale.
