Qualifications

• 3 years of client-facing retail or service industry experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Availability to work days, nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Guide Beauty Team in partnership with Store Manager and provide coaching.
• Communicate initiatives between Store Manager and Beauty Advisors; give feedback.
• Be a point of contact for Store Manager, Sephora Training Team and partners.
• Build client loyalty by identifying needs and suggesting products to drive sales; upsell when appropriate.
• Share product knowledge and beauty trends to establish credibility with clients.
• Demonstrate products and application techniques to inspire clients.
