Job summary

Kohl's is seeking a Beauty Lead Advisor to drive sales through a consultative approach in the Sephora at Kohl’s department. You will maintain expert knowledge of top beauty brands, execute visual and replenishment standards, and ensure an exceptional client experience.

Responsibilities include building client loyalty, upselling products, and executing training to expand product knowledge while upholding merchandising and departmental cleanliness standards.

Responsibilities

• Build strong client loyalty and influence clients by identifying needs and suggesting products to drive sales
• Develop and expand knowledge of the beauty industry
• Provide credibility to the client through product knowledge and beauty trends
• Inspire clients through product demonstrations and applications
• Understand and execute sales plans to support and meet goals
• Execute Sephora visual merchandising and operational standards including maintenance, hygiene and replenishment
