Ulta Beauty is seeking an Operations Manager to lead a high-performing store team, drive top-line sales, and oversee inventory, planograms, and policy adherence. This role requires strong leadership, coaching, and a focus on guest experience.

You will develop associates through ongoing training, manage scheduling and payroll, and ensure compliant operations while delivering exceptional service and results.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• 2-3+ years of fast-paced retail management or relevant work experience.
• Financial management: driving top-line sales, interpreting reporting data, managing payroll budgets, controlling expenses.
• Retail management: monitoring inventory levels, achieving operational excellence, driving a service culture, executing merchandising directives.
• Leadership management: attracting, developing, motivating top talent, adapting to change, leading a team.

Responsabilidades

• Promote accountability to meet/exceed store goals related to retail and service sales, guest loyalty, payroll, omni-channel, and shrink.
• Drive profitability through operational excellence, top-line sales growth, and expense control.
• Use store forecast and payroll budgets to support scheduling and communicate needs to the GM.
• Review and react to financial/operational reporting, store visit, and audit results.
• Perform makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations to drive sales and guest experience.
• Maintain attendance and hold associates accountable to Ulta’s attendance policy.
• Attract, hire, and retain a diverse team and build an engaged store culture.
