Qualifications

• Financial management: success with driving top-line sales, interpreting reporting data, managing payroll budgets, and controlling expense.

Responsibilities

• Promote a culture of accountability to meet or exceed the store’s goals related to retail and service sales, guest loyalty, payroll, omni-channel, and shrink.
• Drive profitability through operational excellence, top-line sales growth, and expense control.
• Use forecast and payroll budgets to support scheduling and maximize productivity within payroll budgets.
• Review and react to financial and operational reporting, store visits, and audits.
• Lead makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations to drive sales and guest service.
• Communicate industry trends and product knowledge to better serve guests.
• Maintain attendance and model Ulta Beauty attendance policies.
